VANK blog lecture
Today at the cityhall, we had a lecture about how to blog from Seoul related Chinese Power-blogger.
Eventhough she was from China, she was very fluently speaking Korean. It was very impressive.
She was a huge in blog industry such as ‘sina’ and other.
She told us a lot about how to manage the blog well and stuff.
I wish someday I could be like her and be a power-blogger in reporting Seoul!
Vank Exhibition
Last month, Vank opened a meaningful exhibition in National museum of Korea.
Seoul Breeze reporters had a grateful chance to visit this exhibition.
↑ From the exhibition, we could get a lot of information about how misunderstandings about Korea get corrected by the help from VANK.
↑ It was a great honor for me to meet the high-ranked officials including deputy mayor.
It means that this VANK exhibition is a governmental importance and is also for the image of Seoul, Korea.
Let me give you a full information about this VANK exhibition.
VANK displayed all the historical error from each country’s world map, textbook and encyclopedia about Korea’s territory, culture and history. And they also showed us how VANK corrected the errors which many countries have made.
Especially, Dokdo issue was most importantly displayed in the exhibition. VANK tried to stop the wrong information written in Japanese textbook which says Dokdo is their territory called Takeshima. We all hope one day this huge misunderstanding gets corrected and Dokdo finally becomes our proud land.
This exhibition means through many ways for the South Korea’s image.
↑ In this exhibition, VANK hanged a huge banner written “You are the brand of Korea”. It is the theme to this exhibition and is perfectly covering the means from VANK.
It was the most meaningful reporting place I’ve ever visited. I hope everyone in the world will oneday correct the misunderstandings about Korea and realize how wonderful Korea is.
